Luxury eyewear brand Barton Perreira has unveiled an exciting collaboration with 000 (Triple Zero), the quarterly magazine covering all things Porsche, to introduce a limited edition “edit” of its iconic sunglasses with an eye to the daily driver. Recognizing the symbiotic and long-standing relationship between automotive travel and eyewear, Patty Perreira (co-founder of Barton Perreira) and Pete Stout (co-founder of 000) merged their expertise to create the 000 Hamilton, which is both fashionable and functional.

Imagine this: After sliding into a sun-warmed leather seat and the engine behind you comes to life with a satisfying rumble, you settle your favorite pair of sunglasses on your nose—framing the world in a cool, smoky hue. With windows down, salty air kisses your face as you cruise winding roads lined with towering redwood trees, golden sands, and shimmering ocean waves. This isn’t just a drive; it’s an experience. It’s the epitome of California living, a vision of sophistication against a backdrop of endless possibilities.

The founders of Barton Perreira and 000, both proud natives of the Golden State, recognize that the above experience is one-of-a-kind. Sharing a love for elemental sports cars, passion for craftsmanship, and understanding of the luxury market, they teamed up to channel their expertise into the perfect driving accessory: the 000 Hamilton sunglasses. Custom-made with meticulous attention to detail, this exclusive frame reflects the timeless elegance and performance-driven ethos synonymous with both Barton Perreira and the sports cars seen by 000 as the pinnacle of German automotive engineering.

Designed in California and handcrafted in Japan, this unisex sunglass style boasts a sleek, rectangular silhouette with an iconic keyhole bridge that flatters any face shape. These sunglasses are equipped with special glass lenses that optimize driving by protecting eyes from glare and ensuring visual clarity. The frame is available in three sophisticated acetate colorways, all featuring unique lenses that reveal the 000 logo when exposed to moisture. Each 000 Hamilton comes with a matching limited edition custom cleaning cloth and protective case.

The Barton Perreira x 000 collection will be available in limited quantities starting September 4th, 2024
