Organic & Natural Health Association (O&N) elected a new president, treasurer and four new board members.
Todd Norton, vice president of business development at Norway-based Aker BioMarine, will serve as the new board president. Alan Lewis, director of government affairs and food and agriculture policy for Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage (Lakewood, CO) will serve as board treasurer.
“This represents another defining moment for O&N Health, reflecting our decade-long journey of growth and transformation,” said Karen Howard, CEO and executive director of O&N. “We are excited to welcome Todd Norton as our new president, as his leadership will propel us further into the next chapter of our mission.”
The other four board members are: Mark Thurston, president of AIDP (City of Industry, CA); Brian Terry, senior director of sales at Nordic Naturals (Watsonville, CA); Doug Lynch, CEO of MarketWell Nutrition (Princeton, NJ); and Ray Martinez, president of Florida Supplement (Miramar, FL).

There will also be an upcoming strategic planning meeting for members and invited guests from Aug. 19-22 in Quebec City, QC, Canada, hosted by Canada-based Fruit d’Or Nutraceuticals.
