Wakunaga of America (Mission Viejo, CA) announced the latest findings on its flagship Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract (AGE) at the 2024 International Garlic Symposium, which was held Apr. 26-28 at The Westin Grand Hotel in Munich, Germany.
The symposium highlighted the newest scientific advancements in health categories such as cardiovascular health, neurological health, immune function, inflammatory disease and oral health, according to the company.

One of the most groundbreaking pieces of evidence on AGE is Budoff’s study at The Lundquist Institute at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. The study shows Kyolic AGE can slow arterial plaque by 80 percent, reduce soft plaque and even reverse the most dangerous components of atherosclerosis.
