Embedding co-production
As an organisation, we are committed to making co-production central to our support approach, guided by Unity, our co-production group of experts by experience.
Unity representatives have specialised roles providing a voice in various areas of the organisation, including Sustainability Champions, Recruitment Leads, Marketing and Communication Leads, Mental Health & Wellbeing Ambassadors, and Quality Checkers & Advisors.
These roles foster closer partnerships across Achieve together, ensuring that the voices of people we support are at the forefront, directly shaping the support they receive.
