Entering a new season, Article One adds new Active x Optical and Active Suns styles to its growing collection of heirloom eyewear built to transcend sport.
Article One founder, Wes Stoody, on the latest release: “In our never-ending quest to create the most beautiful athletic eyewear in the market, we have taken our designs one step further. We have upgraded the hinges and nose pads to the best technology, and we were sure to double down on silhouettes and colors we know our customers desire. I’m excited for all Article One fans to see this collection.”
Three new Active Suns, Linden, Terra, and Mystic tell a story of retro-inspired shapes, evolving from the chunky, gently rounded Linden to Mystic’s P3-inspired shape, and culminating with Terra’s fashion-forward double bridge. Meanwhile, the latest Active x Optical frames Beacon, Cascade, and Serene take studious, subtle shapes to the next level with earthy and timeless colorways.
All of this design evolution is paired with performance-minded innovation. This season introduces new spring hinges and high-quality acetate materials for long-lasting wear and comfort. “We are always striving to find new heights, just like the athletes we aim to outfit,” says David Duralde, Chief Creative Officer at OGI Eyewear.
