Date:

A new consumer survey commissioned by NOW Health Group (Bloomingdale, IL) reveals energy is set to dominate health and wellness in 2025.

According to the report, 56 percent of respondents are seeking supplements to boost their energy levels and keep up with their busy lives. Other high-ranked trends include fitness support at 37 percent, better sleep at 36 percent and weight management at 31 percent.

The survey also highlighted a shift toward proactive health with 52 percent of respondents prioritizing healthy aging in their 30s or earlier. As interest in holistic health for longevity grows, consumers are turning to trusted solutions to stay energized, balanced and feeling their best every day, the company said.

DJ Blatner, RDN, wellness expert at NOW, recommended various supplements from NOW such as PQQ Energy, Creatine Monohydrate, Sleep Regimen, Relora and BioCell Collagen. He also provided tips on how to find trusted and quality supplements.

Blatner said consumers should look for certifications, avoid outlandish claims or proprietary blends, review product testing information, look for trademarked ingredients, buy from reliable sources and check for expert support.

“NOW is your go-to for all your health and wellness needs, with a huge variety of the highest quality and thoroughly tested products to choose from,” Blatner said. “What’s really impressive is that NOW performs 31,000 tests every month from raw ingredients to finished products. You can trust what’s on the label is exactly in the bottle, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.”
