If we can assume anything about you and others based on our most-read articles throughout the last 12 months, it’s that you’re exceptionally curious. You seek wellness in all of its varied definitions—physical, emotional, psychological—and that awareness, in turn, helps you show up to life more like, well, you.

That becomes apparent in our most-read articles of 2024. There’s an obvious emphasis on the physical practice of poses and the ways that yoga changes your everyday life, whether you’re wanting to sleep better, become more mindful, or simply laugh more. We can also assume that you’re experiencing the more subtle yet no less profound changes that accompany the practice of yoga, such as slowing your thoughts, recognizing the stories you tell yourself, and generally remembering to pause and take a breath out before reacting to anything.
