NW77th announced its first-ever collaboration, partnering with Glenn S. Corbin, OD, President of Wyomissing Optometric Center and Chief of Optometry at Penn State Health St. Joseph Medical Center. With a remarkable 42-year career and as a longtime NW77th customer, Dr. Corbin brings a legacy of expertise to this collaboration.
The Corbin frame is now a distinctive addition to the NW77th collection. Designed as a unisex eyewear piece, it features a thin frame, round lenses, and bold angular accents on the brow and bridge. Available in four striking dual-color combinations, the collection’s color combinations includes Pink and Black, Grey and Green, Blue and Black, and Brown and Navy.
Each frame is carefully crafted with meaningful details that celebrate Dr. Corbin’s story. Engraved on the temple tips are two symbols that hold personal significance:
- The Reading Pagoda: A novelty building situated on the top of Mount Penn overlooking Reading, Pennsylvania, listed in the National Registry of Historic Places and a symbol of the city for more than a century.
• Knot on Call: A tribute to Dr. Corbin’s beloved boat, named ‘Knot on Call’, where he enjoys quality time with family and friends.
