If you want to get up and down the mountain faster, evil eye has the perfect new sports glasses solution. The new evil eye models trailsense and trailsense II were specifically designed for use on the trail. They give athletes the freedom to concentrate 100 percent on the trail – thanks to perfect visibility and ideal support.
Trail running is becoming increasingly popular, especially as it can be operated with little effort and equipment. evil eye has now optimized two models specifically for use on the trail and thus appeals to a rapidly growing target group.
At just 33 grams, the trailsense is incredibly lightweight and combines numerous features that are perfectly tailored to various challenges on the trail.
Challenge 1: Trail running involves high levels of physical stress on impassable terrain. If the lenses fog up, trail runners run the risk of overlooking obstacles. Not with the trailsense: evil eye has developed a sophisticated ventilation system that maximizes the ventilation of the glass.
Challenge 2: In order for runners to keep making progress, sports glasses have to stay in their place. The trailsense ensures this with the patented Tri-Fit ironing system. The temples are three-way adjustable and the double snap nose pads can be adjusted in two directions. Traction Grip and Flex Zone at the end of the temples provide additional support. There is no wobbling or slipping, no matter how demanding the trail or the trail runner is. That’s why the trailsense also convinced the evil eye athlete Andreas Mayer, who trained with it on the trails in the Alps all summer long.
Challenge 3: Whether bright sunlight or cloudy ¬- because the trail calls in all conditions, evil eye answers with the Quick Change Lense System. This means that the trailsense filter disc can be changed in seconds. There are 14 filter colors to choose from for all lighting conditions. Athletes who often run in the forest should take a look at the photochromatic filters from evil eye: With the patented, self-tinting LST VARiO filter, the glasses automatically adapt to changing light conditions.
For anyone who needs glasses with prescription, the trailsense can be quickly transformed into optical sports glasses thanks to the flexible clip-in.
Challenge 4: Athletes get all their trail running equipment in their size. Why should glasses be any different? evil eye has developed two different lens shapes for the trailsense: the filter lens of the trailsense has a slightly more progressive and angular cut, the lens of the trailsense II is classic and straight. Both have a frameless bottom edge that increases the field of vision and makes cleaning easier. The two new models are each available in frame sizes L and S.
Challenge 5: When it comes to trail running, it’s not just speed and safety that count, but also style. The new product delivers the entire package for the trail – and afterwards: “The trailsense is our latest model with a cylindrical lens and its modern look means it can also be seen off the trail,” says Daniel Saurug, product manager at evil eye. The trailsense and the trailsense II are each available in 6 different frame colors. Four of these are newcomers to evil eye: ocean blue matt, stone gray matt, dark green, and smoke green matt.
Do you want every trail to be a dream? Challenge accepted – with evil eye!
