Windsor Eyes, Inc., an independent eyewear distribution firm established in 1971 and based in New Jersey, has announced a new partnership with Innovative Eyewear, Inc., based in Miami, developer of smart eyewear under the Lucyd, Nautica, Eddie Bauer, and Reebok brands. The partnership aims to forge a collaboration between Innovative Eyewear’s smart eyewear products and Windsor Eyes’ well-established distribution network within the optical industry. Together, Innovative and Windsor intend to work closely to ensure extensive distribution across the U.S., targeting independent optical practices as well as large optical retail outlets.
